My name is Setsuna Meiou, and I am the oldest of all the Sailor Guardians. I have been around for what feels like eternity, however my life on Earth has given me a new spark pursue my own happiness. Something I had long since given up on.

Being able to feel the warmth of the Sun, the love energy surrounding the people of Earth, and being close to my Princess all give me a renewed sense of importance in my mission that I will forever be grateful for.
​
Some may not know this, but I work at Juban Public Elementary School. There are those who believe that the children are our future, and I wholeheartedly agree with this sentiment. I also believe that people should not be thrown away once they have lost the innocence of childhood. In that area, I believe today's society could use some growth. Don't worry, progress is never linear. One day we'll find the sweet spot.

Present Day Tokyo
This was the loneliest time for me. Daughter of Chronos and Guardian to the Door of Time & Space, one might think having such large responsibilities would lead to epic battles that push you to your limits, but truly it wasn't anything of the sort. That is why I cherish the relationship I was able to develop with Chibi Usa via the Luna P. Ball in the future so deeply. I would never choose to return to this time, were it up to me.
I always wanted to have a chance at life on Earth, and now that I'm here it's everything I had hoped it would be and more. Even the hard days feel better than the cold isolation of deep space. Being the eldest Sailor Guardian also means I must take certain responsibilities regarding the others. I sometimes feel the weight of what I may have to do some day, but in the end it might give me some much needed rest.

I sometimes wonder if I truly will end up back at the Door of Time, or if the future of Crystal Tokyo will be altered in some way. There's no saying what new enemies will come our way, or what types of powers they might have. One can never be too certain. For now, I will choose to live on the optimistic side of things.

Isn't time the most fascinating thing? The second humans feel they've gotten a firm grasp on how it all works, the Universe sends a curve ball our way. I could explain it here I suppose, but the true concept of time is so complicated that it would never all fit on one web page. Perhaps some day in the future when I retire. I have a feeling this has already been completed, we simply haven't reached that point in our journey just yet.

None of that should matter to you anyway. Your job is to figure out who you are at your core, what your dreams are, and then to go for those dreams with everything in your soul. That's the tenacity of the human spirit.
